The Cimmerians Airsoft Association -- AAR OP : BASTOGNE WALL

SCENARIO - The day is 17 Dec 1944.�The battle for Europe�has moved to the frontier of Germany� in the Ardennes� Forest.� Allied command�was busy planning�a "final push" into the Rhineland, when on 16dec the Germans surprised G2 with a vicious attack in the Bastogne region.�As their attack slows, German commanders focus their assault on a critical rail junctions and supply lines. Fuel will make or break the�German assault.� �

WWII Reenactors are welcome!��
Please advise if you plan to come as an American or a German and we can work on getting you equipped with weapons etc.

If you do not have WWII gear, no problem!��
We have had several inquiries from AirSofters who want to come to the OP but aren't sure they have an "authentic uniform".� Don't worry!�� It is easy.

LOAD OUT�- �This is a�winter op, so be sure to bring your cold weather gear.�� Additional information will be provided after planning is complete.

BASIC UNIFORMS -�

U.S. -�G.I. �- Minimum uniform,�olive green� trousers and khaki or�OD colored jacket (GI helmet or ww2 soft hat - no Boonie hats!)�
GERMAN� - Minimum uniform, German flectarn shirt and grey/green trous ers. M43 or Fritz helemt.
(email us early and we can loan out a few of the flectarn shirts etc to those in need.)

If you have a full authentic uniform that is great, bring it out and be a star!

WEAPONS - Obviously modern weapons are acceptable.� We strive to re-enact the battle more than to be strict with gear.� Standard Mags for all but the MG gunners will be the order of the day. Stock -up and scrounge a compliment of LOW-CAP mags.

MISSIONS -Specific battle missions will be given at the AO. Taking Enemy Machinegun and Artillery emplacements will be inlcuded.

CHOW - Since the weather might be a challenge we will break for chow at midday. A communal cauldren of boiling water will be available to cook dogs and sausages in. Hot coffee will also be prepared. The Mess tent is likely to be a warm haven.

All registrations for Cimmerian Ops are handled through the� Automated Registration System (ARS ).

If interested, submit your contact information�into the ARS and�sign the e-waiver (mandatory).�Once you have received an approval email, you will not have to supply this�info again. From then on, you only need to use the confimation link provided�in each�Operation�page. An automated confirmation�will then�be�emailed to you.��

1. If you are�a NEW�PARTICIPANT and have not operated with the Cimmerians before, please go to the ENLISTMENT STATION , and follow the instructions listed. A Cimmerian representative will then be in contact with you.

2. If you are a�CIMMERIAN or�if you regularly operate with us�as a Player in Good Standing and have not�yet�used the�ARS, you must first go here�and follow the ARS link�on that page,�to�input your contact information.

3. If you are already active in the Cimmerian ARS...��to attend this Operation.
